Sometimes when I'm going through doing reviews I fail to remember a card, but then accidentally hit the 'yes' button when I meant to click 'no' (reflex, since 'yes' is by far the more frequent one :-)). Is there any way to say "whoops, I meant 'no'" for a card, to put it back into the 'failed' box?

If it happens on the first stacks, the failed kanji will come up a few days later, so you shouldn't worry. But I think there was a script somewhere on this forum that allowed you to do so.

In the worst case, you can keep testing the green stack in which it's supposed to be stored until it appears as the first card of the review, and then click 'fail'. Heh.
