Stroke order for 夢, por favor

Heisig gives the stroke order for 目 but never gives the stroke order for the horizontal version, which shows up in 夢 and elsewhere.  What's the stroke order?  Is there a general way to find stroke order of horizontal version, given stroke order of normal version (if there are any other radicals that act like 目)?

It's the left vertical stroke first.

Then the top and the right vertical as the second.

The two lines in the middle as the third and fourth.

And the bottom line as the fifth.
