As an experiment, I've uploaded a video presentation showing the 100 most frequently used kanji in Japanese with English keywords from James Heisig's "Remembering the Kanji".
You can see it here:
http://youtu.be/eZytCdt_UZo
The presentation shows the kanji one-by-one, going from the most frequently used kanji (1) to the 100th most frequently used kanji (100). The frequency list was taken from Halpern's "Kanji Learner's Dictionary".
For each kanji, the kanji is shown first, then shortly afterwards the keyword is displayed, with audio. The timing is relatively fast, so that 100 kanji can be displayed in 6 minutes, but not too fast I hope. I carefully chose the animations to be unobtrusive.
My goal is for someone who wants to learn the kanji, to just be able to sit back, and watch the presentation, soaking in the kanji/keywords.
If anyone has any comments, please let me know! If you guys like it, I can make more presentations like it with other lists of kanji.
