Is it ideal to read this cover to cover putting all vocab and sentences in anki, so far it's working out as I just pick random grammar points I've studied before.

I have the tobira textbook ready to go, should I finish the dictionary first and then go to tobira?

If you plan to do this you might want to check out the decks that were already created from all three books.
