This may be a stupid question, but I do not understand when "failed kanji" are scheduled for review. They do not seem to be going to "expire" any time? So am I supposed to trigger the review manually? Couldn't find how though?
Must be missing something?!?
Any hint?

The failed kanji are not expected to be reviewed but studied in the "study" section. Those cards have a "Learned" button which moves them to the first stack.
However, there is a Greasemonkey script which lets you review the failed kanji like the rest instead of just studying them.

In either case, there's no 'expiration' for the failed flashcards, as they are already in the lowest state possible.

Or you can use this link.

Nonetheless, I open the failed kanji list in a tab and drag each link to a separate tab. That is working better for me. Or instead of 2 tabs, I suppose you could use the Split Browser extension for FIrefox.
