I made audio files for reviewing vocabulary from JMdict/EDICT and Core 6000:
http://jptxt.net/advanced-vocabulary.m4a (378 MB, 18 hours)
http://jptxt.net/core-vocabulary.m4a (40 MB, 2 hours)
Both files have two parts. The first part is for words that consist of only hiragana, of both kanji and hiragana, or of a single kanji. The second part is for kanji compounds, and it also includes audio for the RTK keywords.
advanced-vocabulary.m4a only includes words that have a frequency rank between 30,000 and 150,000 for kanji compounds or between 30,000 and 300,000 for the other words, that had audio files hosted at JapanesePod101, and that I hadn't selected to review before. core-vocabulary.m4a only includes words that have an index between 2001 and 6000 and that have a frequency rank of over 3000.
I generated the files using scripts like the ones posted at http://jptxt.net/scripts.html.
Does anyone know other files like this? Audio Lesson Studio can be used to create files like this, but I haven't seen that many premade files created with it. I listened to VocabULearn audio lessons at one point, but they were too slow, and it was difficult to learn kanji compounds without seeing the kanji.

I think you may already have these, but in a thread someone on here someone has uploaded audio files of some 130,000+ individual words. They are spoken by Japanese natives, I think as something done by Jpod101 and Jim Breen's JDIC.
The files have all been named, as example
あヒさん - 亜ヒ酸.mp3
For the life of me I can't remember the thread and after a quick site search can't seem to find the links. I have them all organised on my computer as folders separating the words into い, う, え, ち, etc. although on this Internet connection it may take weeks to upload the 1.7GB .mp3 files.

A quick comment on those recordings. Occasionally I come across vocabulary that is pronounced with different pitch accent than one I find in my dictionary (大辞林).
Couple of examples:
公平【こうへい】: is pronounced with [1], 大辞林 has [0]
内容【ないよう】: is pronounced with [1], 大辞林 has [0]
セミナー is pronounced with [0], 大辞林 has [1]
