Hi all, I would like to know if there are any podcasts where people talk in Kansai-ben. I want to get used to the intonation and accent in general as I find the dialect quite intriguing...

Not sure if it's your taste and if it is entirely Kansai-ben, but I think I spotted some in here: http://blog.fmosaka.net/tenga/podcast.xml

This podcast is almost 100% kansai-ben. :]
But it's very.. yeah. Haha. It's sponsored by a sex toy so you can imagine what kind of talk goes on. It is, however, done by comedians so it's funny. If you don't mind the content then I highly recommend this for anyone wanting to hear some good kansai-ben.

Recently, even if I attempt to speak standard Japanese my accent and intonation come out in Kansai-ben.  I'm ok with this.. but it's a little surprising.

It is not a podcast and you probably know about them but how about ガキの使い For example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WVrRsk0s6Dc

Hamada's dialect gets much stronger in the batsu games too and they are very funny: http://bit.ly/12QBkia

Using these also has the advantage that many of the videos have been translated to english, just in case you struggle.

@drdunlap: Thanks for reminding me what this podcast was all about :s I totally forgot that. I just remembered having had something on my iTunes that had a lot of Kansai-ben in it. ったく

I've made a few videos with my kansai ben partner where we use kansai ben as learning material.

Here's one for example:

It's not specifically meant to be about dialect but its packed with it

https://itunes.apple.com/jp/podcast/mak … d473634113

they're quite annoying though...

Thank you all for the links. I just want to get used to the intonation and the accent, so any topic would be fine. However, listening to podcasts sponsored by sex toy manufacturers is not my cup of tea I guess lol.

What's wrong with sex toy manufacturers? All the awesome sex toys don't just make themselves, you know.

It's a great podcast if you don't mind a dirty joke here and there (and everywhere). tongue It's funny! And really almost 100% kansai-ben.

ALSO- if you're into games and the like, Hideo Kojima (creator of Metal Gear Solid) does a podcast. Very rarely but very interesting if you're into games/movies/etc. And he speaks Kobe-ben. (The other people who pop up in the podcasts aren't particularly kansai-y, however).
