I'm looking for places where I can copy and paste sentences from manga into anki. I have the manga (nothing illegal here :p) I'm just too lazy to input the sentences.
Specifically I'm looking for Death Note 1-5 and Yotsubato 2. I have others but these are the ones I'm interested in.

Ask, and yeee shall receive:

http://lunar.littlestar.jp/stardust/eng … /DN-1.html (first three volumes of Death Note).

Actually, I'm amazed this exists. I found it via the Google -> Koohii Forums route.

I own all volumes aside the latest release, of よつばと!, and could put together a script for Volume 2. Though it would have to be after the current project I'm working on, so you could be waiting anywhere up to a fortnight to a month before the script would be finished.

Just popping in to say, funnily enough, よつばと vol. 2 is literally the only physical copy of a Japanese manga I own. (I have hundreds in English, but who cares about them, right? xD).

Sadly I am too lazy as well.

You could try OCR such as this: http://capture2text.sourceforge.net/

For Yotsubato there is an Anki deck here:

The author of the deck is also making a Yotsubato 2 deck:

After taking a longer look at it, that link actually is a lot less useful than I originally thought. It translates very little of the actual manga, and instead drowns you in explanations you don't need to understand what you're reading. It's still useful for putting those sentences it does transcribe and translate into Anki though, if one is so inclined.

But I think the English version of the manga would be a much more helpful reading aid.
