A Japanese localized version of Torchlight 2 was just released yesterday and I really want to get my hands on a copy, but I'm under the impression that it's not possible without a Japanese billing address. It doesn't look like the Japanese version is available on Steam.

Here is the info page about it: https://game.mk-style.com/mkstyle_porta … 0000001836

The "Official" page for the Japanese version is: http://tl2.mk-style.com, but this does not seem to want to open for me. Does it work for anyone else?

Maybe someone can get a little more out of it than me?

Um, there are always "other" means to obtain a game if you can't get your hands on it through officially supported mediums.

If you want to know how one may hypothetically acquire such a thing, should one be so inclined, you might want to look for "japanese p2p". Purely out of academic interest, of course.

Well, I would prefer to buy it regardless tbh. It looks like I can purchase a key from one of the sites, as they only ask for an email address and phone number, and accept paypal. But I still can't get on the official site to download the game client. hmm

Is it just me that can't get on here?: http://tl2.mk-style.com/
