Would  you have suggestions on books related to Japanese business writing? Preferably writing business proposals or writing customer service emails. Thank you!

The しごとの日本語 series is by far the best.

Those books are just a few steps down from native material on the subject.  If you find anything lacking then you probably want to look at books aimed at job hunting college students and new graduates.  (In my limited experienced they will be a bit more approachable than those targeted at 30-40 somethings.)
