If I check it in a dictionary it gives me 'sena' which is the reading but it still doesn't give me any idea what it means. I understand it has something to do with people names or how you address them but what does it mean exactly ?

It's just a name.

A quick google suggests it's just a name. Does that not make sense in the context you found it?

I thought so too but I have encountered this in several stories that I read and no one had that name. So there must be something else to it.

edit: I checked it again in one of the places I read it, and in this context it is a Name. Guess I was just really confused.
