For others who enjoy some Apple peripherals on their PCs, thought I'd share a couple links:

This one appears to emulate the on screen display style popup for the volume keys that you get with the BootCamp drivers when you install Windows on a Mac.
Magic Tools for Windows (for Magic Mouse and/or Magic Trackpad)

As for me, I just installed BootCamp4.0 drivers in Windows 7 like this, so in addition to the volume keys, I can control the Apple Cinema Display brightness. It also adds new keyboards to the Region and Language control panel, so mine shows "French (Apple)" and has the exact keyboard layout as if using it in OS X.
I highly recommend the Apple Aluminium Keyboard if you like the "chiclet" style keys. It's really pleasant to type on it and so quiet

That said, I don't like the bluetooth version at all. It's much lighter weight and so it does not feel sturdy and stable. It feels much more plastic than the full wired keyboard including the numeric keypad. I don't know why that is exactly as the thickness seems to be the same, however the wired keyboard feels more heavy, and gives a nicer feedback when typing.
