Don't use が after question words; いつ means "when" rather than "for how long", so it would have to be どれぐらい (or 何年)

2-3 are correct.

4. と

The thing understood is marked with が.  と can be used in some cases but not here.

5 correct.

6. no idea

に (or の), を, and に.  (して makes a correct sentence but I have a feeling they're looking for particles here...maybe not.)

7. で or に

で is better.  You usually don't 散歩 to a place.
