Do Osaka radio and/or TV hosts speak 関西弁? What about other parts of Japan? How difficult would it be acquire accent spoken in 広島, for example?

This is wrong. You wouldn't be able to tell a Kansai-jin from a Tokyo-ite by how they say なんでやねん. The intonation of なんでやねん is easy to imitate because it's a set phrase.
It may be easy to imitate, but I have also heard people say that Tokyo-ites often fail to say なんでやねん convincingly, by putting the accent on the な.

Entertainment TV shows in Kansai often do have their hosts, and many of the colorful personalities on the show, speaking in Kansai-ben.
I couldn't say for sure, but I would guess that shows produced in other areas of Japan tone down their regional dialect somewhat more.
