Anyone do this? Just take a screenshot of the panel of interest, put it in paint, and erase the expression you want to learn. Having the picture for context helps a lot. It feels more like collecting trading cards than learning a language 
Ex: http://i.imgur.com/HcY0z.jpg (my deck also has a "Hints" field for conflicting vocab [e.g. "Not 業務"] and an audio clip)
Suggested software for Windows users: PicPick. It allows you to take a screenshot of just a part of the screen and automatically opens it in its own editor, which speeds the process up considerably.

Actually the card looks a bit better than what I presented, because I usually check the "hide answer while showing question" field. So it looks more like this:
