Help with BookScan - What does this mean?

I'm trying to have a few books scanned from BookScan.co.jp. I've placed the order and now I must have the books delivered to them.

Could anyone tell me what this means?

Order and payment completed.
We are awaiting your books!
We request that you arrange the delivery to take place around the date we scheduled to start scanning.
Please write the record number (35856-79233-2-0-0-0) on the cardboard where it can be seen. Print out and enclose either this page or the emails you received from BookScan acknowledging your order and completion of payment.

And the bottom bit is just telling you to make sure you send the right number of books and what will happen if you send too many.

I suck at translating lol but I hope I helped.
