App - Kanji LS Touch -- adding an RTK deck?

I'm trying to add an RTK deck to this app. If anyone is familiar with the ABCs of it, I would appreciate some advice. In essence, I would need to have a "link" to an RTK file to upload it. Is there an RTK link somewhere? I have my own RTK stories file available from this site, but I'm not sure how to create my own URL to allow it to link with the app.
