Don't use が after question words; いつ means "when" rather than "for how long", so it would have to be どれぐらい (or 何年)

2-3 are correct.

に (or の), を, and に. (して makes a correct sentence but I have a feeling they're looking for particles here...maybe not.)

I thought　の、を、して for 6 as well at first.
But maybe they want に、を、しに??
