Open Japan allows you to browse Japanese sites, even using a computer without Japanese support. It converts all the kanji and kana into images (unfortunately, this means you can't look up anything, but if you don't have Japanese support...). Besides, it shows one reading for each kanji (note: each kanji, not each word)
Quick Gmail with Japanese IME
As the name implies, with this one you can send Japanese e-mails through gmail, even if you don't have the IME installed.
