Arupan - was that a semester exchange your friend went on, or just the Summer Course? That sounds GREAT, if you get to live with a Japanese person in the dorm.

I was wondering if anyone knows how it would compare to Waseda's six week summer program? I just missed the winter deadline (kicking myself for it!). It looks like you wouldn't get to live with Japanese people though - the accommodation is what is putting me off it.
