What is your correct percentage?

#1
When you do reviews, what is generally the percentage you get right? For example in the one review pile. Sometimes I get 90% which I'm happy with, but other days I only get like 75% and I get disappointed and lose motivation. What do you guys get?

I usually get ~85%-90%, I'm 2 months after adding the last card. Sometimes i get lower than 80%, but that happens when i dont feel like reviewing at all. Correct % depends heavily on how many card you add each day. Somewhere on the anki site was written that 80%+ is where your correct percentage should be.

My Anki stats:

Correct Answers
Mature cards: 82.4% (1413 of 1715)
Young cards: 92.0% (9372 of 10189)
First-seen cards: 95.5% (1955 of 2047)

There are days where I get 60% or even lower... I guess my brain is just completely dead some days.

On RevTK:
0 -> 1: 90-100%
1 -> 2: 45-75%
2 -> 3: 85-95%
3 -> 4: 90-100%

This is on RTK though. Some cards needs to be forgotten a few times before they finally stick. Few cards have more than two or three fails though, and none has more than five.

I add between 25 and 35 cards a day.

Seeing so many cards fail after the 3 day review was demotivating at first, but then I noticed that they started to stick after a while anyway and there was not really any reason to worry. If there are some really difficult cards, I could just deal with them more seriously after finishing RtK.

Gee those are fantastic... I get around 76% consistently if I recall correctly.

Yeah, mature cards should be around 80-90%, but when learning, as long as you're above 50%, it's good and normal. Otherwise and you have a serious methodological problem.

I recommend you search the forum, because I've already answered it in at least one other thread in detail, and there's sure to be more Smile
