Hey, just wondering if I can move my deck and keep the progress without it being lost.

Of course. You can copy the .anki file for your deck and continue using it on the other computer, but a better option is to set up syncing with the Anki server and then download it to the other computer, so that you can keep both computers in sync.

The progress for each deck is in the file, you can just move that. The easiest way is to sync your decks to the online servers, that way you can just download them to another computer desktop version.
If you have any media for your decks you'll need to move that too, unless you're using dropbox. You'll have to place it in the corresponding folder path on your other computer.
