I found this http://www.tanos.co.uk/jlpt/ the person who made it is himself stuyding Japanese and giving JLPT. That is why the website is so incredible. Everything arranged neatly and all at one place. What do you think about it?

That's been posted here before. It looks like he altered the layout quite a bit.
He's using copyright material from the books Kanzen Master 1 and 2, however he offers English translation of the grammar points in addition to only one example sentence (the books offer 2 or 3).
If you search Kanzen Master, you'll find the thread that did a sentence mining project of the books. I don't remember who owns the spreadsheet, but contact them with proof of ownership and you can get access to the spreadsheet too.
