I'm talking about their natural face gives off a scary impression.
The type of girl that has a look that says "There's no way I'm a good girl".

For me, it's Seki Megumi from the J-Drama "Sunao ni Narenakute".
She has a really creepy smile too.

For me, she just looks tough, assertive and reliable... not my type, but still

Not evil. She looks like someone strong, who stands up for herself, and won't take other people's crap. But I might be basing this on the character she's playing in the last screen shot.
