I want to buy a handheld item to use anki with Japanese on. Which is the cheapest such item I can buy from Amazon?

Well I got a second hand iphone 3 on ebay for £100. Not sure if that's cheap enough for you but I don't regret my purchase, I am using it all the time now.

Archos 28 is the cheapest android device you can buy new, but I would go for at least the 32. The touch screen isnt the greatest, but for that price its hard to beat.
