Hello there!

I used to use Anki to revise and I never had problems but I stopped using it for a while and then when I tried again something had gone awry and I couldn't see the character anymore.
I didn't bother much because I've been busy with something else but today I decided to start revising again. I still had the problem so I thought I deleted Anki and I downloaded it again but I still had the same Decks as before. I deleted the kanji one and I downloaded it again but still have the same problem.

Basically, the problem is that when I open the deck, instead of seeing the character, I see a little straight blue line. I tried downloading japanese plug-ins etc to no avail.

All the other decks work perfectly, like the one for Thai or the Genki vocab.

I don't want to come off like an a**hole but did you bother to follow the link that pops up when you try to post anything about Anki on this forum? The one that says that Anki tech support issues are better directed at the Anki Help Forum? Where Damien, the program developer is very good at replying and helping with problems. Did you try searching for your problem there? Maybe you have a similar problem to others?
