No, that functionality doesn't exist at all in Anki 2.

Is there a way to reset window position or something? I seem to have lost the AnkiEmperor popup window itself. I get the notice pop ups (100 cards, new daily record, etc) but I cannot see the main panel anymore. I think it might somehow have gotten totally off-screen.

I know I'm resurrecting a VERY old thread, but I was wondering if anyone has any information about this plugin (or any others like it). I remember using this nearly 5 years ago and it made my reviews go a bit faster. 

Wasn't there a plugin that also let you "collect" Japanese idols? Does anyone know if anything like these exist for Anki 2.0? I can't find any in the plug-in section.
