Help translating two sentences

I have recently started learning japanese and I'm not very sure of the meanig of the following sentences:
a) 大人たちが「好きでいて欲しいもの」で
b) 恋に恋してるだけじゃん
Any suggestion about a possible translation would be very appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Could you post the full sentences please? Having context will help make the translation sound smoother.

At this moment I don't have here the book where I took the sentences from, but I'll post the full context in a few days when I have access to it. Thanks.
