A very useful kanji dictionary.
I especially like the visual multi-radical lookup (click "Open panel" to see it).
Also vast numbers of sound files (readings, vocabulary and short phrases).
I took their advice and installed the browser "Opera" to use the sound files (On my Mac "Safari" and "Firefox" both open a new page every time I click to play a sound file, which becomes irritating).
