I hear it as "奇想天外、起死回生" which seems to make sense in that context, I could be wrong though.

iT'S Best if you write out what you heard and blank out the part you can't hear, otherwise japanese people might just say 常識を超えた in the answer since all you put was the time and it's not clear what you can't hear.

I did this many times on chiebukuro.
