Is there an Excel Macro that Automatically Generates the Kana per cell

I want to mine sentences from my bunpou book. Is there an Excel Macro that will automatically read CELL_A and populate the Kanas/reading into CELL_B?

Example:
Cell A: 人に言われたことを丸呑みにしない。

Cell B: ひとにいわれたことをまるのみにしない。
