Hmm...makes sense. I'll try to eat more Japanese food. But I meant like...you know how runners eat pasta the day before a long race, because all those carbs are good for the body? Is there anything like that for your brain?

Try omega-3 pills, I take them every day, or just eat good ol' fish.. The fatty acids are good for brain and memory.

I tend to just eat whatever (hard to eat right when you live on campus). However one important thing is to drink lots of water. Most people are chronically dehydrated, which has all kinds of effects on the brain and the ability to learn.
