Let me look around and see what I can find.
From what I'm reading, under each characters name (Lighting for example has text in both Japanese and English for the main cut-scenes). It doesn't seem to be listing it for all the characters though (Plus not all cut-scenes). I remember there being another site that had the main cut-scenes with both Japanese dialog and English ones as well, listed on the forums somewhere.

I don't think the site has anything like a complete script for cutscenes if that is what you're looking for. Rather it's just a collection of different lines said by different characters in the different games. For example if you go to the セリフ, then choose ff6 from the game title list, then choose your buddy マッシュ, it will jump down the page to a list of his lines from the game. If you then click any of those lines it jumps to a description of where in the game those lines are said. It doesn't give a whole script. That would be a monumental task for anyone to create.
