I noticed this a few times recently and probably have heard it many more times without realizing it. Here's two examples I came across recently:
くそガキめ!
この下僕共め!
What's the め about?

I expect that's 奴 when pronounced as め
http://jisho.org/words?jap=%E5%A5%B4&eng=&dict=edict
Actually, now a few minutes later I find Edict's definition to be suspicious.
http://dic.yahoo.co.jp/dsearch?enc=UTF-8...x=08511300
Daijisen shows a word 奴め in a search for 奴、in which definition it mentions that め is a suffix to turn a third person reference into a curse word. I don't see that 奴 has a reading of め.

Thanks for finding that for me. That clears it up pretty well. Now all I need is an opportunity to use it on someone.

め has the kanji 奴 in the Koujien as well (the reading appears in the Kanjigen too).
I've never seen it written in kanji, I don't think.
