You copied it to your own host and linked it from there. But that doesn't change the fact that you took it from some other site. With a little bit of searching, I have a feeling the site where it originally came from is here:

That might be wrong, but the fact is that you didn't generate that picture by yourself.

Believe it or not, pictures online are copyrighted just like movies, songs, etc... regardless of whether or not you got them from Google Images or not. If you use them on your own site, legally you need permission. Now, there a lot of places that have pictures under licenses that are completely free, some that require you to link back to the original source, etc... This is generally done by putting a link right under the picture that's like "Image Credits: [site]" or something like that.
This counts whether or not your site is for profit or not. Everything on the site is assumed to have been "created" by you, or whoever you are giving credit to. That's just copyright law. It's a bitch, and I hate it -- that's why anything I've ever done has been severely lacking in graphics.
