it's taking forever to load and no my Internet isn't bad, it's high-speed. All other sites I go on work. Maybe it really is down?

Yeah, it's down.

If you're looking for another EDICT dictionary site with a modern interface to tide you over until it comes back up, Tangorin is pretty good.

Oh, and this site is helpful in times like these.
