You should be doing 100 to 150 reps per hour (writing all of them down).
As Jarvik said, if your recognition is too slow, fail up the card sooner.

Also, when we include new cards into the reviews, we don't mean the time to study them, just the time to pass them or fail them.

The time to study is much slower of course. I personnally did 60 in 3 hours (yes average time to devise a story: 2 minutes)(and not my native tongue), so 80 seems decent. But I wrote my stories down. Do you?

i suspect that 110 cards in 180 minutes is only possible if you are taking breaks to watch youtube videos or something. if you're concentrating on the cards and doing nothing else, it should never take that long (110 cards at 180 minutes is about 1.6 minutes per card!)

my own reviews seem to average about 30 minutes for 100 reviews (which comes out to about 18 sec per card)
