I wanted to scan these in for some time. They are pasted to the walls around my school and I think they make nice reading practice. For those that like them, they were created by 杉山亮. If you want more, I am sure a google search will turn up what you need.

You just start at the start and read your way through the maze. If you make a mistake the story will take a turn for the worse as well. Only the path to the finish line has the "correct" story. Hence the CYOA reference.
