Skype Partners

#1
Where have people found the most luck with getting a stable language exchange partner on Skype? I find either people message you, and when you return the message, they don't respond, or ask if you have Facebook or something else irrelevant. Either I have had poor luck, or I'm not going to the right websites. I am/I've been on japan guide, lang8, and sharedtalk.

Anyways, just wanted to see what others think about this.

This question is always asked, and in one of these threads I found someone who recommended a site:

http://atskype.jp/

Through this site, I posted an ad and got about 10 mails via the site and 5 people who just added my Skype account. Only one of them stuck, but I talk to her almost every day for a couple hours a day in Japanese. I'll probably hang out with her when I go to Japan later this year. I'd say that's pretty good, even if you don't plan to take your Skype friend relationship as far as me.

Before when I used to use Skype for language exchange I used

The Mixxer

It's quite good and I made a lot of contacts through that site. I don't use it at all now though since now I only talk to the friends I made while living in Japan.

Thanks, I'll take a look. It's just annoying sifting through all the people who say they want to Skype but actually don't.
EDIT: Didn't realise the entire website is in 日本語、uh oh.
EDIT2: Well I posted an ad, hopefully I didn't butcher the language too much.
