From today we have a new Kacho in my department. At chorei this morning he mentioned the importance of spinach (ほうれんそう) twice. After chorei I had to ask a co-worker what he meant. Anyone want to take a stab at it?

Spinach is one of the top superfoods. Very good for you. Is that what he meant?
