So, I bought a little netbook in japan last year, and it had software preloaded that included a dictionary software using ONESWING dictionaries. It actually has quite a few dictionaries on it that I would love to be able to use on my smartphone dictionary viewer.
However, I can't find any information at all about ONESWING dictionary files except for that they are the "successor to EPWING" I also found a website selling dictionaries in the format, but no information about the format itself.
Does anyone know an android app that can read these files, or at least somewhere that points me to the format of the files so I can either write one myself or convert them to EPWING?
