So, I tried searching for the thread in which someone mentioned this but I couldn't locate it so I thought i'd make a new thread.

A really awesome site which keeps track of which books you're reading/own/have finished reading.

http://book.akahoshitakuya.com/

Just wanted to mention they've integrated it with facebook and twitter now. Which is neat for those who already know why it's neat. For those who don't, every time you finish reading a book you can automatically have it posted to facebook/twitter saying "Finished reading this book!" with a link n stuff. It's cool because you want to post more of that because it feels like an achievement so you wind up reading more books just to up your stats almost. Haha. It makes it kinda like a game but this way you can show how LVL99 u are. Or aren't.

I kinda have this random goal to read 100 books in Japanese and this site is bringing home the stark realisation that so far that number is only 6. Though, I'm sure it's 7... just can't remember the other. Anyways, with a way to keep track of what I've read hitting 100 seems like an achievable goal Tongue

Thanks for posting that. I go through mangas fairly quickly, but I'm still really slow at books.

It was posted in the milestone achievement thread, I think.
But I believe that site is worth a thread anyway, so ...nice Wink
