That is my attempt.

離 in #3 I think is a typo?

I guess it's just “take your seat on time”? 守る here is more like obey/follow/abide by the rules, I think.

In #8, batch = バッチ (badge).

I think it is two words　離席 and 着席. Japanese seems to do a lot of interesting things.

- 5. Do your morning exercise to prepare your body for work.

They do some other interesting things.

In #10, 限度見本 = minimum/maximum acceptance sample (via Google)? I'm assuming they might have a picture of how dirty your gloves can get before you must change them.

I think #3 might be 定時着席を守る事 or 定時に着席を守る事, if I look at similar phrases via Google.
