don't know if this has been posted already, but seems like youtube now supports auto-captions for Japanese videos!
Here is the news where you can also see an example clip:
http://youtube-global.blogspot.com/2011/...anese.html (you have to activate it first using the cc button)
And you can even have the subtitles translated into more than 50 languages (but don't use that, it's not good for you Japanese! ;-) )
That's one awesome feature in my opinion.
