Shing02 歌詞 help

#1
Hey, I was listening to Shing02's song 人生ゲノム recently (great song), but one of the parts confused me. It goes like this:
誰が何と言おうが言うまいが
僕の頭の中のシュウマイの中身は
緑黄色野菜並みの栄養で一杯、のようで
失敗は成功の素ならばそれを繰り返している僕は何も悪くないのかも?

I think I get each line's meaning, but how does it all fit together?

"Who should or shouldn't say what, is"
"The contents of the dumpling in my head"
"Like nutrition as good as a cup of yellow-green vegetables,"
"Failure is the origin of success, so since I'm committing them repeatedly, I can't be that bad"

The last two lines I can see fitting together, with the failure being like the nutritious value of vegetables I guess, but what about the first two?

The full lyrics are here for context: http://www.e22.com/shing02/lyrics/lx_400_genome_j.htm.

Can anyone help me out with this?

EDIT: maybe 誰が何と言おうが言うまいが is more like "What I should or shouldn't call people"?

It means basically "I don't care what people say".

Ooohh I see, thank you. So he's saying "Whatever people say, I have a super nutritious brain, and even if I fail that's where success comes from".

Also 一杯 there means "full", not "one cup".

Rather:

Quote:Whatever people say
this steamed meat dumpling I have in my head
is full of highly nutritious vegetables
if failure is the source of success, then there's nothing wrong with my failing once and again
Or something like that, the song seems pretty weird.

I'm not quite sure, so correct me if I'm wrong concerning this one. Would also agree with Sebastian: "no matter what/regardless what they [people] say".

Yeah makes sense, thank you!

I don't think the song is weird, Shing02 is the greatest Tongue.
