Don't know if this site has been posted before, but I happened upon it recently and it has been helpful.

Some of the subs might be off timing-wise from the anime version you have, but I have been using this program to make edits to the timing. I did Railgun's re-timing recently, which consisted of selecting all of the subtitles after the OP and subtracting ten seconds from the default timing.
