Usually I would read around the internet in various sources that the movie "Nobody knows" (2004) is recommended for beginners to watch, since it is easy (hey, children are talking and stuff.. but they also can talk fast as hell!) to understand.
To be honest, I found this movie easier than 誰にも知らない in fact, although adults spoke! It's a drama covering a very bitter topic, namely losing a loved person in an accident.
For those not daring to listen to any Japanese anylonger -- try this, I'm sure, this will do wonders. They speak really slow and with lots of filler-words, because the situation is unbearably sad and heart-tearing, so go for it
