Message at Beginning of TV Shows

#1
Hey all, hopefully someone can help me with this, I've only started RTK but have been studying General Japanese since april and now I'm ~JLPT4 level (I know from getting > 85% on past tests). I've been using the AJATT method for the last few days by watching only Japanese TV and listening only to Japanese music, it's difficult but i'm recognising things i already know and learning some new things, on to my question:

At the start of Japanese tv shows they have a short dailogue it seems to be standard where they say who sponsors the program something along the lines of このばんぐみは~ <then the words i don't know>, I can only make out a few of the words and would like to know the rest as i hear this all the time, anyone know what the entire dialogue is, its on everything.

Edit: my bad i found it out after some google searches, I'll leave this post up for others who may wonder what the sentence is:

Kono bangumi ha goran no sponsaa no teikyou de ookurishimasu

Here's a Wikipedia page [Japanese] about that line:

I love this line, it flows so nice, good on the ears, thanks for the wiki page, I'll be throwing this line into my SRS for further study, but how could i forget it, it's everywhere, I'm sure nihonjin must get sick of hearing it after a while.

I watch a lot of anime and sometimes see this message written when the episode starts. It is one Japanese version of "When you watch TV, be in a bright room and don't sit too close".

terebi anime wo miru toki ha heya wo akaruku shite
chikazu suginai youni shite kudasai.
テレビアニメを見る時は部屋を明るくして
近づきすぎないようにしてください。
