I can add a couple more to the list but 3 or 4 a week is enough (for me) as it takes time to encode then ftp the files.

I'll probably add ネプリーグ for the kanji value.

I'll soon have enough material for my "japTV". I can have these loop on my tv-screen while doing other stuff and so expose my self to it as much as possible. It gets a bit stupid to loop one or two shows all the time.. =/

That's a bit shit Anyone got it working okay? I use VLC and it usually does the job.

It worked for me.
Yeah, with so many formats the only solution I found is to have (almost) as many players ^^
What one player doesn't play, works with another!

Tonight's ネプリーグ...I really like this show. Regardless of your Japanese level there is bound to be something you don't know but the show is so accessible that beginners should also get something from it. Then there is the kanji round

I highly recommend the open source VLC media player.

Not the prettiest but I've found that it plays everything I throw at it.

Cheers for the recommendation vosmiura. I watched the start of オーラ this morning and it looks pretty good for the language learner. Admittedly I only saw the first 10 minutes but rather than just random banter, they were chatting about the guest's life in a pretty straight forward biographical way.
