Hey, so I know a Japanese woman who teachers Japanese to foreigners at a university in Kyoto. She has a classes that she's preparing for N1 and N2, and she wants to use videos from NHK as a basis for some classes. She has to be able to download them, since she doesn't have access to internet in her classrooms.

But, she's had an awful time trying to download them. She finally ended up buying a program that was recommended to her. It downloaded the video, but without the audio attached.

Does anyone know a good way to download the videos? Free or easy ways would be nice! It would help me too--since I would also be able to use the materials she'll make if it works!

I haven't fooled around with it myself much yet, but I know there are lots of people on this forum that are way better than me with computers.
